Maximum amount of chrome steel balls

To achieve maximum load, MAX bearings are completely filled with high-quality balls of precision class 10. No cage means more balls and 40% more load. The bearings are filled with balls manually because of the very low tolerance between the inner and outerring.

High carbon chrome steel rings 52100

The purest steel alloy strong as no other. MAX bearings use marine grease from CRC. Vaseline stays in the bearing even under extreme conditions. Even salt water will not penetrate inside and will not damage the bearing.

Seals type LLU

Each sealing ring has two blades that fit into the guide grooves in the inner bearing ring. External lip preventspenetration of dirt while the internal keeps grease in the bearing. During operation, this system is virtually waterproof, the grease in the groove of the inner ring creates a waterproof barrier.
