Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This gives you and your child enough time to ensure the bicycle or accessory meets your expectations.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be in original, unused condition
- All original packaging and tags must be intact
- Bicycles must not show signs of assembly or use
- Accessories must be in original sealed packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product offerings and to ensure safety and hygiene, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Assembled bicycles – Due to safety regulations and customization
- Personalized or custom-ordered accessories
- Opened safety gear and helmets – For hygiene reasons
- Items not in original condition or showing signs of use
Step-by-Step Return Process
1 Submit Return Request
Email us at [email protected] with your return request using the template below. Include your order number and reason for return.
2 Receive Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
3 Package Your Item
Securely package the item in its original box with all included materials. Include the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.
4 Ship Your Return
Ship the package to our address using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
5 Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days after arrival), we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refund Information
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your account
- JCB Cards: 7-10 business days for international processing
Refund Amount
Your refund will include the purchase price of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Note: International refunds may take additional time due to bank processing times in different countries.
Exchange Process
For exchanges (size changes or different products):
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- Clearly state in your email that you want an exchange
- Specify the exact product and size you want to exchange for
- We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return
- Any price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly
